CNN is Having a Bad Week; The Trump Administration Should Make it Worse
DB Daily Update ^ | 6.27.2017 | David Blackmon

Two fake reporters and a fake editor resigned from CNN on Monday amid the fallout from the #fakenews network’s having to retract and apologize for yet another fake story on what it likes to call “RussiaGate”. Interestingly, one of the fake reporters, a guy named Eric Lichtbau, had recently come to CNN from the equally fake NYTimes. Apparently, infesting the already fake CNN with the “standards” of the NYTimes only served to compound fakery on top of fakery. But don’t worry about CNN – journalism schools turn out thousands of great fake journalists every semester, so they’ll be able to just plug three more news fakers in and keep their fake news operation running like a finely-tuned fake machine. In case you hadn’t noticed (and most normal Americans haven’t), the White House has taken to holding most of its press briefings off-camera in recent weeks. This has set CNN’s prissy White House fake reporter, Jim Acosta, off on a series of on-air rants with several of CNN’s fake news hosts. Over the past week, Mr. Acosta has called White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer “worthless”, accused the White House of suppressing the news, and of “black-balling” him and his fake news network. Yesterday, after he had repeatedly heckled Spicer during the daily press briefing, Acosta found his seat moved to the back row at President Trump’s even with the Prime Minister of India later in the day.

CNN should be banned from any further WH events/meetings/pressers...they are LIARS, and are on video as admitted ‘bullshitters’.

Based on the emerging evidence---Zucker's admissions, resignations, O'Keefe videos----it is entirely possible that Jeff Zucker and his subordinates at CNN are depriving some CNN viewers of their civil rights, and may have committed federal offenses, including, but not limited to:

<><> Title 18 U.S.C. §1341, Mail Fraud, 18 U.S.C.§1001, Presenting a False Document to an Agent of the US Government for funding (may involve several felonies and could include forgery);

<><> 18 U.S.C.§1027 False statements and concealment of facts in relation to funding documents required by ERISA enacted 1974 and other possible offenses including civil and/or criminal RICO violations.

<><> 18 U.S.C. §§1961-68 (RICO Act)18 U.S.C. §1001 (making false Statements to Agents of the US Government regarding federal funding),

<><> 18 U.S.C. §241(Conspiracies Against Civil Rights). Violation of Civil Rights under Color of law and conspiracy. Conspiring with others to violate conservative students’ 4th amendment rights.

<><> Possibly full investigations centering on RICO conspiracies under 18 U.S.C. §1962(c) could be warranted because (1) the persons (2) were employed by or associated with an enterprise (3) that engaged in or affected interstate commerce and that (4) the persons operated or managed the enterprise (5) through a “pattern” (6) of racketeering activity, and (7) the taxpayers were injured by reason of the “pattern” of racketeering activity.

<><> Alleged Offenses could include Violation of Rights – which prohibits in relevant part, “two or more persons (from conspiring) to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District

<><> Title 18 U.S.C. §2 41 – Conspiracy Against Constitutional mandates in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of having so exercised the same . . .” See, 18 U.S.C. §241.

For however many days CNN pushed this BS, that’s how many times they should apologize.

CNN doesn’t “broadcast”. They are a cable network and not under the auspices of the FCC like an over-the-airwaves broadcaster.

Trump should have the DemocRATS Czar of the FCC putatively fine CNN, then repeal and remove CNN License.

REFERENCE-—The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is an independent agency of the United States government, created by Congressional statute (47 U.S.C. § 151 and 47 U.S.C. § 154).

The FCC regulates interstate communications by radio, television, wire, satellite, and cable in all 50 states, the District of Columbia and US territories.

The FCC regulates elctromagnetic spectrum. It has no authority over CNN despite popular phraseology.

That’s why the FTC regulates tv and radio advertising.

Poor CNN. They need to have James Earl Jones change his motto.
