Much like President’s greatness is like a fine wine...it isn’t until many years later that you are actually able to judge. This commercial is ok, but forgettable.
On the other hand, pimping a blog is quite memorable.

I am totally biased because I'm a huge hockey fan, but Nike did a series of TV ads in the 1990s that still crack me up. They all have the same storyline: a former NHL goalie who lost his job because he couldn't stop opposing players who were wearing phenomenal new skates made by Nike. So the goalies ended up in various menial jobs (landscaper, fast food worker, janitor, cab driver), or pursued a life of crime ... and each commercial tells a different story.
What makes the ads so hilarious is that the goalies are all still wearing their hockey gear in their post-NHL "careers." LMAO.

My favorite alcohol ad was the one for fortified malt liquor. Hip-hoppy beat and a black woman all tarted up looking lovingly at the huge well dressed black male hold a bottle of the product and the girl says “I luvvvvvvvvvvvv a man wit a Turbo in his hand!”

Yeah, that was probably #1. My fave is the one where the kid is dressed up as Darth Vader and his dad starts the car with his remote key.

That is absolutely the best ad ever. I remember laughing hysterically when seeing it for the first time. Unfortunately, PC was alive and well back then too, and the ad was dropped shortly after its debut.
