Always interesting to see how quickly advertising follows the elections and now the ideal man is older with shaggier hair.
During the Obama years they were all black biracials.
During the Clinton years white haired guys reigned supreme, and during the Regan years, older doctorly looking guys.

My favorite commercial of all time is the Gallo wine commercial from the 80’s. It was set to Vangelis’s hymn and pictured couples of different faiths and cultures getting married.. there were no men marrying men and no women marrying women and I think there was even a church... sigh.
