Do we find out Caesar is gay? Perhaps undergoing gender reassignment? The movie is doomed unless there’s an LGBTQ gorilla contingent.
So the apes suffer unimaginable losses but the fight between Caesar and the colonel will decide everyone’s fate?
The human race is trash so they must be the bad guys /s
I DONT PAY to see movies anymore.
if there’s 2 characters, one is gay.
If there’s one character, he talks about a gay friend.
This movie might have a gay ape :)
OMG! Don’t give the loons anymore ideas!!! lol. Hilarious! I so want to see your version of the the commie, whacked out liberals—how they would have made this movie if they could have gone all out. ;D
Not appealing at all...
We got problems with illegal criminal aliens from our southern border, and with ISIS. Now we have to also deal with the apes? Just when you think it can't get any worse...
Egads, hide your bananas!
No computer ever matched the special effects of Forbidden Planet.
It is hollywood and they can’t help make it political. The evyil colonel will of course be Trump. All the colonels fighters will be wearing MHGA again caps. Global warming will somehow work itself in to the plot. Gay monkeys and apes will save the day.
Brokeback of the Planet of the Apes.
I wonder, in the story line, how many generations it took for the simians to speak perfect English? To have such a large vocabulary?
Probably less than it takes the millions of hispanic “immigrants” in the U.S.
This is a racist movie, the apes are black people and the humans are white.
It’s a race war.
Harambe is resurrected to save the world?
Ape lives matter?
Teaser at the end: Planet of The Apes 4: Banana Republic Summer 2010
Liked the first two. Will probably wait and see this streaming once the price is like free from Amazon prime.
Just 1 generation. Their intelligence was jumpstarted by testing of an anti-Alzheimer's drug. No kidding. That was the plot of the first film. Yet, at the end of the first film, the "intelligent" apes freed a bunch of non intelligent apes from the zoo, who never took the drug. Yet those zoo apes somehow magically seemed to become intelligent too.

And Hollywood has been talking about a remake of that classic too. They’ll ruin it, of course. I just watched this documentary on Forbidden Planet:
Part 1 (14 minutes): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BD_Ns-GcnnI
Part 2 (12 minutes): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AK3czDsHZbE
Forbidden Planet remains one of my all time favorites. My friends could not understand why that “old movie” was one of my first DVD purchases (and I’ve made precious few of those).
Looks good. I have been impressed by this reboot of the series.
“War for the Planet of the Apes”
Why watch the movie, we know the humans lose.
