The media told us that Obama released the birth certificate before May of 2011, when he had only released the certificate of live birth. They said full length bc weren’t available in Hawaii. Then Trump got him to release it, and they never admitted that they were wrong about that.
AT this point what difference does it make? (To quote the biggest criminal I ever saw)
I don’t believe Trump won the debate in a landslide. No unbiased person would say that he did. But he did help himself last night by not giving the undecideds a reason to vote for Hillary.
He did a detailed explanation laying the issue at Hillary’s feet. Unfortunately, most people don’t know who Blumenthal is, so it probably didn’t have much effect. He needed to speak more plainly, saying, “You, Hillary, and your campaign are the source of the Birther stories.” Then he could go on and give the whole Blumenthal/whatsername-campaign-manager story.
If he really had the nerve, he could say that Obama was the original birther, but he’d have to have his fact-checking-ducks all in a row on that one.
I discussed this with a friend at our debate-watch party.
The Birther attack had been telegraphed for a week and Trump still put his foot in the bear trap set by the media.
Amending Federal law to require that presidential candidates MUST provide a verifiable birth certificate by a date certain or be found ineligible would fix it.
I agree that Trump should avoid this topic during the election, but we should do everything we can to ensure the Kenyanesian Usurpation is never repeated.

Trump was trying to convey that she started the vicious rumors and he put a stop to it by having Obama produce the BC. It did not come out that way because he was speaking off the cuff.
At the minimum, the BC we saw was highly edited. You could zoom in and see differences between the original text and the text that was overlaid after-the-fact.
By the reports the same Barak Obama gave to his story when he ran for U.S. Senator....... He said himself he was born in Kenya. His grandma said he was born in Kenya. I was in Kenya, I talked to all Kenyans who said he was born in Kenya. It wouldn’t be TOO hard to get another birth certificate that he was born in Hawaii. I KNOW THIS PERSONALLY...some babies registered in Mexico, were brought as infants and midwives were paid $$ to register a home birth for a baby ALREADY registered in Mexico. There is a lot of loop holes, and Barry hasn’t told us all of his truth. PLEASE...
