Never forget.
Heroes are always the enemies of tyranny.
Please read the book entitled “The Long Walk” by Slavomir Rawicz. It’s a true story of a trek to freedom.
I read it for prep for SERE school. Excellent.
I’ll also add, for all to read, ‘In My Hands’ by Irene Gut Opdyke.
She is my Polish Heroine 1,000 times over! She was SO brave! SUCH an Angel to My People, when it mattered most!

Bkmrk.
Never trust a Russian or a muzzi.

I have read very little about it, but there were certainly a good number of Polish heroes who stopped the Russian invasion of Poland in 1920. I wonder how far the Red army would have gotten in the early 1920’s if Poland had not stopped them.
Berlin? Paris?
