Politically correct tyranny is afoot at the University of Houston.
I was recently made aware of a student at the university who was suspended for 50 days by the student government association and ordered to attend diversity training over a reference she made about the Black Lives Matter crowd. (She can still go to class but she can't participate in student government activities.)
“#ForgetBlackLivesMatter; more like AllLivesMatter,” wrote Rohini Sethi, the vice president of the school’s student government association.
Ms. Sethi wrote those words last month just a few hours after five Dallas police officers were assassinated.
Her belief that every life matters set off a firestorm of controversy among students – including the Black Student Union....

Mizzou university is learning that lesson right now. 25% drop in enrollment this school year, after making weak fools of themselves by bowing down to Black Lives Matter.
University of Houston is a public university. Large Black student population. HUGE Planned Parenthood very close to the school. Houston’s new mayor is Black.
Texas rolling over lately. Voter ID blocked by Court with no threat from Governor, Lt. Governor or Attorney General, Governor slammed Trump over military issue, new concealed carry issue went into effect on Monday which has resulted in lots of complaints from colleges and now this.
Troubling times.

The “Black Lives Matter” people have always been like corporations going ballistic at anyone messing with their “brand.”
And that’s exactly what this is. I’m sure the “Black Lives Matter” industry is pulling in a lot of bucks.

Student Government President Shane Smith stated Sethi’s social media post, “ignorant”. Smith has authority to sanction/impeachment Sethi. He supported requests to suspend Sethi, who offered to take a 3-day cultural sensitivity workshop.
Our local station KUSI, was doing an interview with some of the Chargers who had just arrived back in town.
One of our new guy’s - Te’O - was wearing a T-Shirt with the words:

Unless she planned a professional life as an elected criminal, she should have learned a valuable lesson.
I know if my daughter had been in that position, I would have been relieved.
There is something sinister and essentially dishonest about pathological level "social activism."

This is a blatant violation by a star chamber, empowered by the University, and unchallenged by the Federal Justice Department. Or what now passes as the originally created Justice Department.
