In May 2013, the Obama administration sued Star Transport, Inc., a trucking company based in Morton, Illinois, because it fired Muslim truck drivers who refused to drive trucks that were carrying alcoholic beverages.
However, earlier this week, the Obama administration pursued federal action against Kim Davis, a Christian court clerk in Rowan County, Kentucky, who refused to issue marriage licenses to gay couples, and a federal judge put her in jail.
Here’s my take on both of these incidents: if someone refuses to do their job, they should be fired. An employer who fires an employee for not doing their job should not be sued by the government. Putting someone in jail for not doing their job is something that only a totalitarian would support – anyone who believes in freedom and liberty would find such an action reprehensible.
Obama’s different standards for Muslims and Christians is deplorable. Whatever position the Obama administration takes for workers who refuse to do their jobs, it should have the same standards for Muslims and Christians.
And we are still awaiting a lawsuit against a muslim baker who refuses to make a sodomy celebration cake ..... Or. Christmas cake.... Or a Bar Mitzvah cake
The next POTUS needs to fumigate everything this commie clown has done.
The truck drivers were hired to do a job. They refused to do that job. Fire them.
The KY county clerk was elected to carry out KY laws. She is doing precisely that. KY law say marriage is 1 man, 1 woman. The feds are disenfranchising the voters.

If gay lover OblahMao or his rainbow colored friends had any decency or grace they would call for the release of that KY clerk. They could garner some respect by saying ‘ we understand her decision based on her christian faith but we respectfully disagree but do not wish any trouble or punishment on her’. But these are not decent, gracious people but vicious hacks of the left. GIGO.
Don’t forget, Obama IS a muslin. Remember he once said that if trouble broke out he’d stand with the muzzies.
For all of the “Christian” Judges to make a judgment on Kim Davis and have her arrested, there is an analogy to another event: Not to compare exactly, but their definition is that she disobeyed a law, even though it was because of religious conscience, therefore she must be punished. That is exactly what Jesus Christ of Nazareth was put to death for by the Romans. Have we approached the decadence of Rome now? Should we crucify her also?
Very good post and verification that Obama is following an Islamist agenda. Only using homosexuals to defeat Christianity in preparation for a takeover.

Actually, I think the real next test will be when a military chaplain refuses to marry a same-sex couple on the basis of his/her religious beliefs. That will be the test for religious liberty.
So those that fail to enforce the immigration laws will soon be going to jail?
