The Washington Examiner’s Byron York just confirmed that not only is Baltimore City Attorney Marilyn Mosby attempting to restrict access to Freddie Gray’s autopsy report, an uncommon practice to say the least, but she is also attempting to prevent police from accessing the report.
This unusual move has raised eyebrows across the country as those following the case speculate about what the report might contain.
Perhaps the most likely revelation would be proof that Gray died not from wounds received from Baltimore police officers taking him into custody, but instead from wounds self-inflicted during his ride to jail in the police van.
Multiple witnesses said that Gray was behaving strangely during the van ride, throwing himself around in ways that many say could easily have produced the injury he was thought to die of.
We should note, that cause of death can’t be confirmed until the document Mosby wants to suppress is released. And perhaps therein lies the motivation for her attempt to suppress.
Mosby has already shown an inability to handle a case of this magnitude. Perhaps she is now trying to stack the deck in her favor by suppressing vital evidence that could exonerate the officers she’s charging.

That’s starting to look more and more likely. And the possibility of some friendly recreational drugs floating around in the old Gray blood stream is also looking pretty good.

What utter rot. The only thing the autopsy could show that would potentially damage the case against the cops is that he was high on drugs. In which case they'll blame him for breaking his own neck from the results of his behavior from that. Which, of course, is not anywhere near provable. But it doesn't have to be. In any event, she's throwing the case. As I said already, I think they broke his neck accidentally, made sure he died from not being strapped down, and she's going to screw up the prosecution so they get off - and promoted - while she gets street cred for her next campaign. Win-win. Except, of course, for the dead guy. But he'll be slandered so hard people will drop to their knees in prayer thanking God that such a piece of vermin is gone. Move along here, nothing to see.

My guess is that Freddie swallowed the evidence (heroin) when he ran into the building (captured on video surv. cams) and that he went into convulsions which led to his being comatized for a week and then dying.
Denying the autopsy report to be released how could a judge or jury convict the police officers without sufficent facts? But this from the minds of lieberals with an agenda of foisting it at any costs and consequences.
She needs to be tarred and feathered.
You can’t with hold evidence from those that are charged with a crime.

This is probably the first time in her life she’s really faced any sort of a confrontation over, a challenge to, her getting her way. And she doesn’t have a clue on how to handle it.
Keep in mind that she’s only one of an 80-million strong generation of young people, many of whom are exactly like her in that way.
