And what the heck does this do with educating our children? Obviously Satanic hedonism is alive and well in our public schools.

They are trying to separate the easily controlled leftist PC Pervs from the ones with decent values who ‘will need further indoctrination’.

Parents, time to have a talk with your kids and inform them of the dangers of responding to such an intrusion.

They’re subject to lifelong labels and risking the freedom of the entire family.

All parents everywhere need to:
1. Be aware of this (possibly) happening in their schools.
2. Tell their kids to tell their teachers that they are declining to take the ‘survey.’
But that they are willing to do extra reading or whatever, if that would please the teacher.

This is definitely all about C O N T R O L.

As is COMMON CORE, and OBAMACARE.

Such a time in the history of the United States - - -

My brother's favorite way to answer surveys like this was with the single word response: "Nunya".

If anyone asked him to explain the meaning of nunya, he'd reply "Nunya damn business."

Here are questions from the actual “Youth Risk Behavior Survey” surveys given to children in Massachusetts schools, grades 7-12.

Personally, I and my friends would have had a lot of fun with this survery back in my day, were I given this survey in any of those noted grades 7-12.

Grades 10-12 for sure. LOL.

My kids, and many others at their school, are not allowed to take surveys and are sent to the computer lab to play video games while the others answer the questions. Opting out is not something the school advertises but now that parents are learning what kinds of questions are asked, many more are doing so.

Unfortunately, far too many parents are aware of this horror and still allow their kids to be subjected to it. Lots of bad parents out there.

No wonder people are homeschooling! The public school system has lost direction and its self destruction is getting all the more obvious. Little wonder our kids are falling behind with the public school education they receive compared to that offered by other counties we compete with in the world.

Most of the kids are just going to draw sexual paraphernalia on the ‘surveys’. The liberals probably see that outcome as satisfactory, though, since drawing paraphernalia on the ‘surveys’ is an excellent indicator that the LORD is not occupying space within their feeble minds.

This reflects, projects the torqued thinking process of the mind of the Leftist. They think this is perfectly OK.

They should have to register, and stay 1000 ft from any place children congregate, as well as our schools. Just like any other perverts.

I have NO PROBLEM with the schools doing this. The people at the schools work for the government and so the government has THE RIGHT dictate what they do. People answer to those who sign their paychecks and those that can provide legitimate threats to them - parents can do neither...so, yes, they’re humored by their wonderful schools when they show up and complain, and they are just loved when they help out in bake sales - but for the REAL EDUCATION DECISIONS, and social decisions, they are and will always be TOTALLY IGNORED.

For example, every parent in a particular school get together and DEMAND that the school stop using calculators in math class. The school will politely listen to their complaint, promise to investigate, but then come back and insist that all of the studies out there show that kids learn math faster (or deeper, or whatever term they use) with a calculator - so “while we appreciate your input, we will continue with calculators”. And once the parents leave, the teachers get together and simply laugh at the STUPIDITY of the parents, both for questioning their capability to teach math, and for thinking that they really were going to effect any changes.

What bothers me are that there are still parents that believe that schools are supposed to answer to PARENTS. Why should they? What leverage do parents have? Sure they can take their kids out, but parents still pay the same in taxes to those schools...so who cares what they think.

Eventually conservatives will figure this out and stop thinking that they can change the behavior of the schools by “complaining” to the schools. There is only ONE WAY to change the behavior of schools and that is to defund them (or at least legitimately threaten to defund), and that has to be done through the political process - and even in Texas we are GETTING NOWHERE on that.

I’ve been waiting 30 years for parents to figure out who the schools answer to and I suspect that I’ll still be waiting another 30 years without any improvement.
