Exec who mocked Chick-Fil-A now on food stamps
American Thinker ^ | 3-28-15 | Ethel C. Fenig

My, what a difference two and a half years and a nasty, self righteous video by a nasty, self righteous man make. In the summer of 2012, an individual who could only accept diversity, pluralism and multi culturalism as long as it agreed with his politically correct notions, posted a video of himself harassing a Chick-Fil-A order taker on Chick-Fil-A Appreciation Day. That was the day those who actually believed in diversity, pluralism and multi culturalism chose to support the fast food chain against those who disagreed with the founder who opposed gay marriage. The founder didn't say he would fire gay people or those who were involved in this type of union, merely he didn't agree with it. Hot air ensued.

Although I had never eaten at any of the chain's restaurants because as a Jew who keeps kosher (biblically mandated, rabbinically interpreted food laws) I couldn't eat their specialties, I decided to lend my support to Chick-Fil-A that day by going to the closest one and ordering a soft drink. I then wrote about my excellent kosher adventure. No I didn't video it and no, I certainly didn't bother the pleasant young man taking my small order.

This guy was a jerk and at first I thought it was great that he was canned. Now I think that political correctness is being enforced by the private sector and it’s almost as effective as if the government was enforcing it.

A company ought to be free to fire an employee who reflects poorly on their organization. If I were to choose between two companies I would look less favorably towards one if it were to keep someone with such behavior issues on their team.

Not too bad today! Thank you.
Of course I've rested and only gone out once in the past five days. Loved that. Also loved the reason I went out.....I got a new grandson yesterday and thankfully he was only 9 miles away. I went to see him and hold him. Good thing too, he went into the NICU this morning, he's not breathing so well. Prayers for Zion Christopher!

I certainly hope it does that for him. He did seem sincere and contrite immediately after the incident in 2012, but who knows what is in someone’s heart. We are put on this Earth to mature and grow from our experiences. Part of my growth is not to gloat over people’s misery. I’ll make exceptions for those that have done true evil and Dem politicians...often times those are one in the same.

This guy did get another job, but what is on the internet never goes away (unless you are Hillary). They found out about the incident got rid of him.<

I suspect he could get a job in another field, if he applied.

No, they don’t accept it here in the Hollywood CFA where I’m really close to. This location was the center of the issue as the faggots intentionally disrupted people..I mean, ruined people’s appetite when they tried to stage kiss ins. Not even the closest In N Out accepts EBT which is 2 blocks away (I’m in heaven location-wise :))

The best part? The fudgepackers even protested on a Sunday when the place was closed, and cars passing by were heckling them.

Amen. I hate libtards and not even embarrassed about it. When a libtard suffers and dies, I;m happy.

The world is a better place without them.

They support the causes of evil in this world.

He probably thought that a leftist company would openly embrace him. Under President Bush, they might have had that luxury. Not now in the Obama economy. Most liberal companies have all of the leftys they can use, but if they hire anybody it would be a well connected lib or someone who can run things regardless of their politics. They find that being red is less important than the green. Utopian ideas don’t keep the lights on in most cases.

I think I was the only Freeper who didn’t praise leonard Nimoy when he died 2 weeks ago on the forums. He hated Bush, Christians, Republicans and kissed Obama’s ass when he had the chance.

He was a highly paid executive with his company, and he brought shame and ridicule upon himself and the company with his bitchy, infantile pro-homo demonstration.

Then he compounded his offensive behavior by posting it online, where it will remain in his "Permanent Record" for the remainder of his foreseeable lifetime. Let's just call this an incident of poor judgement, something highly paid executives usually try to avoid.

No tears for this jerk, the only thing wrong with this story is that he's now being supported by our tax money. No tears for his company, either. He wasn't the only one with poor judgement.

That’s probably true. Can you imagine a hypothetical reverse situation where say a pro-life person went to a pro-Planned Parenthood company like Target and treated one of their checkers like Mr. Smith treated this Chick-Fil-A employee and then posted a video of it on the internet? I can’t because our side generally does not behave in such a manner but it seems like standard operating procedures for the left.

Just last night, ABC’s 20/20 aired an hour show called “Occupational Hazards.”

One segment was all about this former $200,000 a year guy who harassed a Chick-Fil-A female employee because of her employer’s opposition to homosexual marriage.

They did a lengthy interview with this guy, showed his outrageous video, his four kids, and the house he lost as a result of his rant. They even showed him in a supermarket using an EBT card.

I do not care what kind of job a person has as long as it is honest work.

I firmly believe this, and I don't look down my nose on anyone. I had this talk with my oldest the other day. Right now he's cleaning up dog poop as part of community service. I told him it's an important job. If he and others didn't do it it would pile up and the animals would get sick. He's helping to ensure the health of an animal that will hopefully be placed in someone's home and go on to give them years of enjoyment. Same with people that work in restaurants. How many people in this country rely on others to serve them food each day? I sincerely respect the garbage man a million times more than any politician out there...especially the variety on the left.

Did 20/20’s coverage of the story try to portray what he did to Chick-Fil-A employee sympathetically?

Why is he unemployed, on food stamps? He should pack up the RV in which he lives and head for West Hollywood, Calif., Provincetown, Mass. or San Francisco, where he would be considered a hero and have no trouble finding a job.

I can’t imagine someone getting much support from Conservative Christians after such behavior.
