President Obama’s Social Security numbers do not verify he even is a U.S. Citizen. A mismatch, two differing numbers at least, an imagined flight by a 15 year old from Hawaii to Connecticut to apply in person, and other anomalies are causing confusion yet again over the true identity of the man sitting in America’s Oval Office! A Notice of Mismatch on a Social Security Administration (SSA) Records form displays an incongruent match which was somehow sent to the President on 08/17/11. This mismatch refers to ss# 042-68-4425. The case verification number is 2011229111431GY. (1) The form contains a chilling warning: “SSA unable to confirm U.S. Citizenship. Cannot confirm that the employee is eligible to work because the SSA records DO NOT SHOW THAT THE SSN HOLDER is a U.S. CITIZEN!” (2) (emphasis added)
While this may be old news to many, these extraordinary details are surfacing yet again because the left-wing, fact finder web site Snopes is attempting to discredit the work of Private Investigators Susan Daniels and Neil Sankey. Of course, countless Americans who have spent thousands of hours researching the lies of Barack Obama wonder in frustration why our mainstream media are not investigating the corruption of this administration.
Snopes is saying that the Jean Paul Ludwig CT ss#, 042-68-4425 does not belong to BHO. The site seeks to discount the Daniels-Sankey research, but these two Investigators readily admit the Ludwig number is, in fact, a mismatch. “He is using someone else’s social security number!” they state. So just whose social security number does the President carry? Did he apply in person at age 15 for his own personal number? Did someone in CT get him that number? If the Ludwig number is not being used, which one is? An old web rumor suggested that...

Actually, there are number of websites, most of which want you to subscribe to their genealogical services. They all use the same database, and they mostly suck.
The one and only database is put out by the SSA. Everybody on it is supposed to be dead. The SSNs of the dead people are a matter of public record, and, obviously, invalid for use, by, say, a fry cook or a president.
You can go to that site, pick a number, and poof you have a new number for a new identity.
Until somebody looks up your supposed SSN on that database. Then, poof, you big loser!
Obama needs a SS number that matches his Indonesian sperm and his Kenyan birth. Knowing something as to how he and his cabal can distort and create facts and history it is my guess that these investigators have opened Obama’s Pandora Box.

Why not simply ask him? Why doesn't a reporter simply ask Obama the following questions:
1. "Why do you seem to have the Social Security number of a person who applied for it in Connecticut, when there is no evidence that you were ever in Connecticut when the card was issued, and you were a teenager in Hawaii when the card was issued?
2. "Your Selective Service form that we see on the internet: Did you sign it, when there is evidence that you were in Los Angeles and not in Hawaii when the form was signed in Hawaii in July 1980, the summer after your first year at Occidental in California?"
Why are so many experienced reporters and tv commentators so scared to ask Obama the questions above?
Are they waiting until Obama leaves off to confront him with the questions above?
Sad. It is so sad to watch supposedly experienced investigative reporters and tv commentators like Foxnews people O'Reilly and Cavuto act so scared over and over of confronting Obama with the serious questions like the ones above.
In a time where lawlessness did not reign that would probably happen. But today many people are using number(s) like Obama is and nobody does nothin.'
The will of the majority cannot be diminished. The Eligibility Clause was intended to be applied after an ineligible President assumed the office. That’s why all previous eligibility cases have been dismissed without a hearing on the merits. The Congress and the courts are not constitutionally authorized to overturn an election even if an ineligible President is elected.
The majority of American people have voted to void the Constitution by installing an ineligible President. The US Constitution was ratified by a vote of the majority. The Executive Branch, Legislative Branch and Judicial Branch were created by the US Constitution after ratification by a vote of the majority. Now, a vote of the majority has voided the US Constitution after voting in the majority for an ineligible President and eligible Vice-President. A voided Constitution voids the Executive Branch, Legislative Branch and the Judicial Branch and leaves an ineligible President and eligible Vice-President to lead the country.

The de facto officer doctrine would apply because:
1) every state’s Chief Election Officer cleared Obama for the state’s ballots.
2) he won a majority of the popular vote
3) he won more than 270 electoral votes
4) his electoral votes were counted and certified hy both Houses of Congress, unanimously and without objection
5) he took the Oath of Office
6) There has been no judicial ruling of ineligibility
7) the Congress has sent him bills to sign into law and confirmed his appointees.
8) The Supreme Court has upheld some of his policy initiatives as being constitutional.
The De Facto Officer Doctrine
De Facto Officer refers to an official holding a colorable right or title to an elected or appointed office accompanied by possession of that office. The lawful acts of an officer de facto, so far as the rights of third persons are concerned, when done within the scope and by the apparent authority of office, are valid and binding.
The de facto officer doctrine confers validity upon acts performed by a person acting under the color of official title even though it is later discovered that the legality of that person’s appointment or election to office is deficient.

I think my tag line pretty well sums up the current situation regarding Obama and his eligibility.
The de facto officer doctrine only applies to technical defects and not fundamental defects. Violations of the Appointments Clause and the Presentment Clause subsequent to a violation of the Eligibility Clause can never be justified.
Statutes developed after intense negotiations between the House, the Senate and the President may lead to technical defects in the law. If so, the defects may be corrected with subsequent legislation. Consequently, the defect is identified as technical and not fundamental because it can be readily corrected. In this case, the greater harm would be to void the actions of federal officers due to a technical error.
There are no technical errors in the Constitution. Each violation of the US Constitution is fundamental. The de facto officer doctrine “confers validity upon acts performed by a person acting under the color of official title even though it is later discovered that the legality of that person’s appointment or election to office is deficient.” Ryder, 515 U.S. at 180, quoted in Nguyen v. United States, 539 U.S. 69, 77 (2003).
The Supreme Court has indicated, however, that the doctrine will not apply when the officer’s deficiency is “fundamental.” Nguyen, 539 U.S. at 79. Nguyen was reversed and remanded after the Chief Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit designated an Article IV territorial judge, the Chief Judge of the District Court for the Northern Mariana Islands, to sit on a Ninth Circuit panel when that court conducted a special sitting in the Territory of Guam. The President, with the Senate’s advice and consent, had appointed the Chief Judge of the Northern Mariana Islands for a fixed term, removable for cause. § 1821(b)(1) (2012).
Nguyen did not raise his Appointments Clause challenge until his case reached the Supreme Court. Any violation of the US Constitution is fundamental and not technical. The de facto officer doctrine will not apply.

they finished their investigation. they proved the birth certification was a forgery. they found the nurse that had worked at the hospital and she explained the details around some of the markings. they couldn’t get a copy of the certificate on file, as the people in the hospital stonewalled and the sheriffs team wouldn’t force them to comply.
they also proved the selective service registration was a forgery. they even showed how the stamp was faked.
in the end, they’ve done all they have to do to provide enough evidence of conviction of forgery.
they said it was up to congress to act on it.
congress has not.
that’s right. a federal crime has been provably committed by the president, and they won’t do anything. worse, that crime throws into question his entire identity.
