What’s the difference between liberals and conservatives?He needs to define what is meant by the terms "liberal" and "conservative."
"Liberal" is often used by political opponents to describe leftists, but it should not be.
"Conservative" is as misunderstood by the Right as it is by the Left.
"Conservative" is not "right wing", nor is it "the center" or the "middle way", but rather is rooted in the application of unchanging Natural Law.
IMHO, a "leftist" is a liberal without moderation; a "right-winger" is a conservative without moderation.
All this should be understood in the context of fashion. As the Left gains more influence, "the center" moves ever-further left. The Natural Law, however, never changes, thus genuine conservatives remain grounded in unchanging truth.
