Sarah Palin and the Washington Elites
July 13, 2014 | moi

Posted on 07/13/2014 10:29:23 AM PDT by kiryandil

What's driving the Washington Elites up a stump about Sarah Palin is the fact that she has stayed outside "The System" that they have in place for controlling people in Washington and out in the hinterland political areas.

For example, a corrupt piece of excrement like Eric Holder has a nice fat incriminating dossier or two in the care of his puppetmasters.

Holder's position and PAYCHECK depend on him acting the part of an obedient houseboy when he gets "The Call".

The "journalists" who have attacked Palin this week also have big mortgages to pay, and expensive lifestyles to maintain in their little worlds. They also have dossiers. When they get "The Call", they jump to their computers and crank out the desired propaganda, like A.B. Stoddard's hypocritical hitpiece on Palin this week. Stoddard slapped at Sarah's "lucrative" speeches and television appearances - this while Stoddard and her Democrat operative husband are living large in a $1.8 million dollar shack in Chevy Chase, Maryland.

The politicians on both sides of the aisle are used to controlling the rest of us peasants with our personal income streams. Palin has surmounted that obstacle.

She writes books, but doesn't get "book deals" from The System, like Hillary or Nicolle Wallace did. She gets speaking fees, but the engagements are not controlled by the machinery of the University Left.

Her political stature ensures that her television appearances can't be dictated by the Palace Guard media which controls the old networks.

The System has even tried to use one of the tools of last resort - leaking her personal life onto the public media, as they did with her emails. I have no doubt that Supreme Court justice John Roberts fell to a similar tactic, causing his little dancing two-step on the Obamacare decision.

All this has failed with Sarah Palin. This latest round of chattering by corrupt politicians like Eric Holder and bought journalists like the breathless tut-tutters of this week will also fail.

Great thread kiryandil.

To the Democrats, Sarah Palin is the most relevant person on our side.

For good reason.

Keep it coming, you...

They're always and militantly seeking a way to force her to her knees and bow down before them and worship them and she just won't.

Palin is an American and the elites are globalist trash that should be spending the remainder of their lives in work camps for their treasonous acts. It’s no wonder that they resent her.

Headline?

Palin demands end to occupation: six years is way too long!
Capital Beltway University Occupiers Issue More Charges
Palin's opposition to them is the only danger to America, say occupiers.

Washington, D.C. The radicals who seized buildings on the giant campus of Capital Beltway University have stepped up their ominous threats . . . the last time these radicals occupied the campus it took eight years to oust them . . . .

These are good points.

Palin is generally outside the system to such a degree that the beltway elite can’t do much about her.

She’s aligned herself mostly with outsiders too, so it is hard to reach her by intimidating her allies as well. And the insiders she has endorsed aren’t really her friends. No one, for example, really believes you can shut up Palin by threatening to expose/attack McCain or other “moderates” she’s endorsed (probably reluctantly).

On top of that, no one I can think of has been ripped to shreds by the mainstream media and elite establishment more than Palin, so there is not much they can come at her with.

Most of these pundits and politicians who, unfortunately, control and shape public opinion are interconnected, owe one another favors, etc, Palin seems to be the rare breed that is outside all of that. I don’t always agree with her positions (for example I think talk of impeachment will never go anywhere and hurts our cause more than helps it), but I trust that what she says is what she really believes and that she isn’t anyone’s hand puppet. Going rogue really does fit her in this sense.

My first thought was something along those lines, but with the reaction to Sarah Palin's impeachment call, I'm beginning to think twice.

Palin resembles a hockey team "enforcer", the one who jacks an opposing player into the boards and scrubs the ice with their face.

Looks like she's done it well with the WH Pinocchio Princess, the way "Lamp" Holder and the Obama Palace Guard media is squawking.

100% correct. I have been saying this for years. She figured out early on that she could do much more damage as a “free agent” than she ever could in any office. For those of us who love her, we can only watch in wonder as the Sarah-cuda takes the court again and scores time after time.

I think Sarah could Fix things and would I support that?

Yes!

They went after her with a vengeance early on, digging through her trash and her personal life in an attempt to destroy her.

So whatever blemishes there are in her life were exposed long ago. There really isn’t anything more they can do to her. She is free in a way most politicians aren’t.

Her freedom and her willingness to expose herself to incoming fire gives her more power than she would ever have had as McCain’s vice president or former vice-president.

They’ve tried hard to give her the Bork treatment, the Judge Thomas treatment, the Quayle treatment. It doesn’t work on her because she is fearless.

I think it will ultimately be a smart move, what Palin did. Although she gets endless grief and the usual media hellfire rained down upon her, it does what is needed to start to galvanize and concentrate in the public’s minds the overall stream of lawlessness that Obama has been conducting. The in-your-face “tipping point” being this borders/illegal-invasion insanity. That’s why the timing was so appropriate.

I likened it to planting a seed, in an earlier thread. A forward-thinking action. It’s not entirely a literal or immediate call-to-action, but a strong preparatory move for organizing the battlefield in defiance of Obama’s anticipated doubling-down in dictatorial lawlessness.

I see an IRS audit, or 3, in the future for Jon Voight.

Obama's lawless IRS thugs will be on him like white on rice.
