Speaker John A. Boehner, R-Ohio, told Republicans Tuesday he could have an announcement within days on whether the House will file a lawsuit against President Barack Obama, challenging the executive actions that have become the keystone of the administration.
The lawsuit could set up a significant test of constitutional checks and balances, with the legislative branch suing the executive branch for ignoring its mandates, and the judiciary branch deciding the outcome.
“The president has a clear record of ignoring the American people’s elected representatives and exceeding his constitutional authority, which has dangerous implications for both our system of government and our economy,” Steel said. “The House has passed legislation to address this, but it has gone nowhere in the Democratic-controlled Senate, so we are examining other options.”

Yes, and they should. But impeachment is what the constitution demands in this circumstance. Since they refuse to follow the law or their oaths on the matter, this is the best we can hope for.

It's procedurely the correct move. Get the Orders ruled unconstitutional, watch Zero not comply, start using the judicial and legislative branches against him. Impeach.
Unless patriots and former Obama supporters can elect a 2/3 Senate majority in 2014, a majority that would be willing to kick Obama out of office, it’s arguably a waste of time for HoR to try to impeach Obama now because Reid wouldn’t support it. So Boehner’s lawsuit is really the only option at this time imo.

But thats not why they are doing it. this will be tied up in court forever/until his term ends. This is a stall tactic to take pressure off the GOP for not doing anything while letting them avoid their duty which is to impeach.
They still need to get Johhnie out of the gin bottle.

Here’s one. Impeachment is not intended to be a guarantee. It is intended to be justice. You follow the law because it is the law, not political party benefit.
