Bonehead does not need court rulings to impeach Obama now.
When the courts rule against Obama, the GOP will do nothing.
By then his term will have ended, the matter dropped and the GOP will again tell us it is time to forgive so that the country nay heal.
Sound familiar?
If it is determined Obama is abusing his authority as an executive and he defies a court order, you have textbook grounds for impeachment.
Don't think the Senate convicts though.
