The Founders CLEARLY saw impeachment as a POTITCAL act. You can not argue that point. You are a drama queen wanting attention. You demand perfection in a very imperfect political world. I am not thrilled with speaker Boehner, but Mark Levin is correct: Boehner’s biggest fault in the IRS scandal is that Boehner did NOT create a legal foundation to get the courts on the side of Congress. Boehner should have moved for criminal contempt against Lois Lerner of the IRS, as well as criminal contempt against Eric Holder for Fast and Furious.

If it is determined Obama is abusing his authority as an executive and he defies a court order, you have textbook grounds for impeachment.

You need a remedial history class. Impeachment was designed as a constitutional remedy for high crimes and misdemeanors. Not political anything.
Political would be requiring a party to remove an opposition president. Constitutional remedy AKA justice means BOTH parties have to be involved to remove.
Whether they do or not does not absolve ANYONE from refusing to impeach if not remove and all the fallout means not a damn thing.

This is another Boehner stunt. He has the power to stop the president. It is called the budget. The House has the power to take the money away but they refuse to use this constitutional club on the executive. Why? This law suit will go no-where.

Not to mention, that an adverse ruling against the executive branch and in favor of the legistlative branch, will stifle the power of the POTUS, which has gotten way too robust over time.
