Unless patriots and former Obama supporters can elect a 2/3 Senate majority in 2014, a majority that would be willing to kick Obama out of office, it’s arguably a waste of time for HoR to try to impeach Obama now because Reid wouldn’t support it. So Boehner’s lawsuit is really the only option at this time imo.

Boehner is slime. This sorry excuse for a man is the Speaker of the House and he thus has a job and a duty to perform. That job and duty is to uphold the Constitution and file Articles of Impeachment and is not to file some insipid lawsuit that will take years and ultimately have some worthless judge decide the fate of our Country.
Boehner and all of the politicians in DC are paid by us to do a job. The fact they have yet to impeach Obama shows they are not doing that job, actually like the status quo, and think they are weaseling out of having to show the citizens their true intentions. They want a court to decide so they do not have to support their votes/actions, whether they be good or bad. I believe they want some liberal judge to keep all of Obama’s E.O.s and backdoor rulings.
They are all weasels. Obama MUST be impeached, found guilty and removed from office.
Boehner has no balls and neither does the majority of the GOP. If the friggin “opposition party” had any guts they would be giving Obama the George Bush treatment that the Dems gave him for the majority of the 2000s. If they did that then Obama would be in the 30s, but NO all we get is this dog and pony show by Boner and Co.
