The issues that the Communist Party USA will address at their conference read like a page from the progressive, Democrat agenda including minimum wage, fast food workers, voting rights, the environment, and immigrant rights.
The Democrat Party has long been accused of hiding their Marxist and Communist based ideology despite the use of Marxist terms such as ‘income inequality’ and Communist code words like ‘shared sacrifice’. However, unlike the Democrat party, the Communist Party USA embraces their Marxist roots and lays it out for everyone to see, even stating so in their Communist based Constitution.

Yes, America has passed the “overripe” phase, and now descending into the rotten fruit stage.
As a consequence of the parents of Communist Party USA members not making sure that their children are being taught about the federal government's constitutionally limited powers, it's no surprise that members are ultimately wasting their time trying to advance their agenda through the federal government.
More specifically, just as Obama should have first used 10th Amendment-protected state powers to experiment with a state version of Obamacare Democratcare when he was a state senator, the Communist Party USA should likewise be experimenting with its agenda in states willing to do so. In fact, socialist Justice Brandeis had indicated that the states were "laboratories of policy experiments."

After all, if Obama had successfully implemented a 10th Amendment-protected state version of Obamacare Democratcare (how is RomneyCare doing in Massachussetts BTW?) then Obama would have had the bragging rights to encourage Congress to petition the states to ratify a proposed constitutional amendment to implement Obamacare at the national level, not that the states would have chosen to ratify such an amendment.
Instead, as a consequence of parents not making sure that their children are being taught the federal government's constitutionally limited powers, crook politicians, supported by misguided members of Communist Party USA, have been taking advantage of widespread voter ignorance of those limited powers by making constitutionally indefensible promises of federal spending programs to get themselves elected. After all, stealing people's money with constitutionally indefensible taxes must surely beat robbing banks for a living.
Regarding constitutionally indefensible federal taxes, note that Justice John Marshall had clarified that Congress is prohibited from laying taxes in the name of state powers issues, essentially any issue which Congress cannot justify under its constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers.

In fact, Judge Andrew Napolitano will take three minutes of your time to read Section 8 to you, clarifying that Section 8 says nothing about public healthcare, meaning that the states have never delegated to Congress the specific power to regulate, tax and spend for healthcare purposes.

Finally, should the states ever decide that Congress can manage public healthcare better than the individual states can (ahem) then the states can always amend the Constitution to grant Congress the specific power to establish a federal healthcare program.
Well of course he is. Mama and her cohorts who taught him the principles of communism. He is a card carrying member. His dear mom when to college and studied RUSSIAN. Why did she need to study Russian. Was she proud to be a commie and needed to learn the native tongue so she could speak with the first ones to air drop into the country for the take over?

The CPUSA merging with the Dems? It sounds like they are the same.
But many Freepers don’t see the need to divide this country into two (or more) separate nations. I personally do not ever want to live in a communist country.
