Press Release from Dr. Orly Taitz, ESQ01.07.09. Good news, Chief Justice John Roberts agreed to hear my case Lightfoot v Bowen, challenging eligibility for presidency of Barack Hussein Obama. He distributed the case to the full conference of the Supreme Court. The timing of this decision by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, John Roberts, is absolutely remarkable.

On January 7, one day before the January 8 vote by Congress and Senate, whether to approve or object to the electoral vote of Barack Hussein Obama, aka Barry Soetoro, as president of the United States, Chief Justice Roberts is sending a message to them: "Hold on, not so fast, there is value in this case, read it. Hawaiian statue 338 allows Foreign Born children of Hawaiian Residents to obtain Hawaiian Birth Certificates, it allows one to get Hawaiian Certification of Life birth based on a statement of one relative only, without any corroborating evidence. You need to investigate, you need corroborating evidence.

If only one Congressman or one Senator presents a written objection, then there has to be a formal investigation by the joint session of Congress and Senate. During this investigation original birth certificate from Hawaii will be subpoenaed. All other pertinent documents will be subpoenaed: Obama's immigration records, any and all passports from Indonesia, Kenya and Great Britain; University enrollment records, showing if he was enrolled in US schools and universities and received financial aid as a foreign exchange student from Indonesia or Kenya. All of it can be subpoenaed and obtained within a day or two. Each and every member of US Congress and Senate owes it to 320 million American citizens to do his due diligence and demand all necessary records. When American servicemen are told to risk their lives defending Constitution of this country against all enemies, foreign and domestic, each and every Congressman and each and every Senator can spend a day or two of their time defending this Constitution, reviewing necessary documents, in order to see if Barack Hussein Obama is a Natural Born Citizen, if he is a citizen at all." This is the message that the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court is sending to them, and if they are not listening, there has to be a massive petition drive to recall them. Truth will come out, no matter how many millions Obama is spending to hide it.

Good questions, Pravious. I think those who want us to ignore this issue fall into one of four categories.

(A) They are Obama supporters.
(B) They don’t believe that the Constitution is worth defending anymore and/or don’t believe it can be defended.
(C) They harbor fears that they will personally look foolish if it were finally proven that Obama is eligible to be President.
(D) Keyboard Kooks who enjoy disrupting forums because they’re bored and/or drunk, and/or immature.

An Obama supporter will defend The One no matter what he does and will believe anything he says.

Someone who doesn’t believe that the Constitution is worth defending anymore ought to explain that to our military men and women.

Those that are fearful that they’ll “look bad” appear to be self-serving and wouldn’t make a good “battle-buddy” in the first place.

Then there are those who are just keyboard kooks who get a kick out of disrupting a forum.

Before he is ordered to produce his birth certificate shouldn't you be able to provide something casting doubt on his claims that he wasn't born in Hawaii?

Instead of filing with another Justice, Dr. Orly solicited the Chief Justice to see what his opinion of it was. All other Justices had been “queried” on their stance of such a challenge and had accepted, or rejected.

This was the first time in the series of lawsuits against Obama that Chief Justice Roberts was directly solicited. And he accepted it.

Some might say that it's standard SCOTUS policy for the 3rd Justice queried to accept for Conference so as not be sent to all 9 Justices. However, based upon the circumstances, if Justice Thomas had refused, it would have sent an even clearer message to those pursuing lawsuits against Obama.

This Conference date IS three days after Inauguration, but it's believed that the SCOTUS is waiting for a true Constitutional “Cause of Action” — be that the counting of the Electoral Votes (Jan. 8) OR the Inauguration itself.

The Inauguration date on Jan. 20 is the only date noted in the Constitution tied to the new POTUS, with the exception of Election Day, the first Tuesday in November.

January 8th is really the first Congressional action that will take place with the pending President-Elect. However, even the counting of the Electoral Votes on Jan 8th in Congress is NOT a Constitutionally-mandated date.

Writing letters, emails, contacting people, educating (trying) the many ignorant (not intended in a ‘bad’ sense of the word) people out there, posting facts with references on various boards out there, donating money to some of the lawsuit causes, etc.

I am at a loss to understand why this is considered tinfoil hat stuff.

I really don't think it's tin foil hat stuff, but the main reason it's considered that way is because people, who don't understand how things like this work, are making these grand sweeping pronouncements of success while nothing of the sort is happening. It makes them (and those associated with it) look stupid. Take this thread, for instance. Distributing a case for conference is a routine occurrence at the Supreme Court, but a thread gets posted entitled "Chief Justice Agreed to Hear My Case." Nothing of the sort happened. It's stupid, and when people say such jackassery, they tend to be labeled as jackasses who aren't really worthy of serious discussion.

Moving past that, though, while it may not be tin-foil hat stuff, there are several people, myself included, that have said this type of stuff is a waste of time because there is just no way that the Supreme Court, in this day and age, is going to invalidate the results of a Presidential electional (particularly one that wasn't all that close) over this type of stuff, particularly the "natural born" stuff. Maybe if these suits were brought two years ago (and by non-nutty lawyers), they might have had a chance. Not now. Not going to happen.

I’ve suspected for some time now that you aren’t sincerely interested in this issue, have no concern whatsoever if Obama is eligible or not, and have merely been having a bit of fun at the expense of other more serious posters.

and if so, would he have released it in the form of a letter and how would we have access to it so fast ? Seems too good to be true ! Please advise...
