I don’t believe ANY branch of the service allows wearing ribbons with civilian attire. Tell me again, she’s a Democrat, right? She sure looks like one.

Looking at her site, I could not find her political affiliation mentioned anywhere on any of her pages.

However, going to her official Ohio House of Representative web page at

http://www.house.state.oh.us/index.php?option=com_displaymembers&task=detail&district=28

she is listed as a Democrat with the (D) after her name.

Must be a reason for what she is doing. Probably wanting to distance herself from being identified as a Democrat.

Obviously without mentioning her political affiliation on her personal web site, and wearing the medals on her chest, she is obviously thinking the voters are stupid enough not to notice.

Sadly, apparently so far she has been right...
