What a Maroon. It's not a state. IMNSHO, there should be NO permanent residents in D.C., including elected ones.
Did you hear about the Wisconsin (I think) elector in this election who cast a vote for EWARDS for President and EDWARDS for Vice President. I don't think he was protesting anything, but rather made an honest mistake. Given his spelling skills (I should be the one to talk...) he makes a lot of mistakes...
