Was it just me or did the writer, Darren Boyle, seem snarky or just plain envious? (I’m going by the captions on the pictures and maybe he didn’t write those)
PE Trump has said his mother loved the English monarchy and everything about them, maybe she loved all the gold and glitz of royalty and passed it on to her son.
Perhaps a little of both. I will give the UK Daily Mail credit, most of their articles on Trump are fairly decent and at least they cover him and his family and always have a lot of pictures.
It most certainly was a hit piece, a thinly-veiled attempt to create dissension and class envy. Example: They use words like “garish” and describe him as “brash”, etc.
As much as I can, I try to green arrow the pro-Trump comments, and red arrow the offensive ones. It probably doesn’t make a difference, but every little bit helps.
