Another family tradition. Pie for breakfast the day after baking!
Enjoy your day. We are so blessed. Loaded the car with cheese- crackers and pie and off to cousins in a couple of hours. Too excited to sleep in. Gonna find a channel with parade prep on it and watch just a little.
F&F has been showing a little of the parade prep here and there. Looks like it will be on NBC, starting at 9 a.m. Pacific. They just said the parade will start in about 1 hour (eastern).

Wow hoosiermama, I am going to tell my wife about this wonderful tradition and see if she will buy into it. Not getting my hopes up though!!

Love that tradition. I do the same thing - pumpkin pie and coffee is the best breakfast ever.
