Hello neighbor! Funny you should ask-
I am heading up to the Grand Canyon, in just a few minutes. I am tackling a hike down into the bottom and then up to the north rim... then back down and up again- rim to rim to rim. I was just pondering the only other time that I hiked into the Grand Canyon, and it was over Easter break, back in 1972. The crowds will be minimal and the weather perfect.
I’ll finish up Wed., or Thu., of next week, getting back home in time to celebrate Thanksgiving with my family in Peoria.
I doubt I’ll have cell phone coverage while down inside the canyon... so it’ll be interesting to see what all will have transpired in the next 6-7 days, regarding POTUS-Elect Trump’s administration. I would like to see GEN Jack Keane as SEC of DEF, or in some other upper echelon defense/security/intelligence agency position.
