What America will look like in 2050, in 4 charts

In 35 years time -- time enough for several presidents, more than a few changes in the control of Congress, and a few dozen new seasons of "House of Cards" -- America will look different.

Not entirely different of course, but, as we've noted in the past, its demographics will have shifted enough to be noticeable. And with the release of new projections from Pew Research tracking how religious beliefs are expected to evolve, we now have a fuller picture of how America will have changed by the time today's toddlers are stalking Capitol Hill. Even if we don't necessarily know what it will mean for American politics.

Let's start with the shift in America's religious attitudes, according to Pew. In brief summary, more Americans will identify as being "unaffiliated" with any organized religion. This doesn't necessarily mean that they will be atheistic or agnostic; it simply includes the wide body of people who don't categorize their belief systems into an existing religious practice. People who are spiritual in a broad sense are included, but Wiccans, for example, aren't.

It will get worse if we continue to bring in the numbers of legal immigrants we do now, i.e., 1.1 million a year. In fact we will bring in 1.7 million this year. 87% of legal immigrants are minorities has defined by the USG. We have just had the two highest decades of immigration in American history.

America will shortly be relegated to the dustbin of history where it will join the long and impressive list of failed empires: Roman, Byzantine, Han, Mongol, Holy Roman, Persian and so on. Where did we ever become so arrogant that we came to believe that "this time it will be different." Our forefathers gave us a republic and we lost it. None of this is new. It was already in full swing by 1893 with the overthrow of the Kingdom of Hawaii. And it was beyond any fix or control by 1917 when MI6 scammed Woodrow Wilson info joining WW1 on the side of the British Empire. It's over and unlike Great Britain we are not homogeneous enough to survive as a cohesive unit. They probably are not either; the jury is still out on that one. My money say by 2050 America looks more like this than anything else.

The well established number is that 50% of them are either illegals or the descendants of illegals.

Treating the children of illegals as Americans has no basis in law and has never been adjudicated, because they were terrified of what would happen.

If the Obama court stays in power that might change. But there is no credible world where illegal aliens decide who the citizenry of the United States will be simply by squatting a kid on U.S. soil ten minutes after stepping across the line.

And those who came legally, they're "immigrants", they are "the Americans"? Really?

Here's a simple test of who they are: Declare War on Mexico tomorrow morning. Then declare a Draft to fight the war.
