2) both the police and the EMS workers verified that the perp were breathing prior to being transported to the hospital.
Cause of death has not yet been officially determined but there have been statements that he died from a heart attack. If true, the most likely event that lead to his death would be the exertion of resisting arrest and the stress from the anger.
Of course being dog-piled on by several grown men while telling them, repeatedly, that he couldn’t breathe had nothing to do with it, right?
