You live in a fantasy world. I don’t see Con..Lawyers winning these cases since back in the heyday of drugs in the 60s.

There is the theoretical Constitution that you think exists in reality but does not.

Ok they, what provision in the Constitution allows the drug laws? You sound like a lefty defending the Constitutionality of Obamacare.

List the power in Art 1 Sec 8 that gives the FedGov the power to wage a War on Drugs.

Here's a hint: It took an Amendment to wage a "War on Alcohol".
