“It sucks.”
Big Time!
I don’t want someone who would stab our troops in the back, either. I haven’t seen anything that would make me think that about Ron Paul. In fact, I was reading an article about how he especially wanted to make sure that our returning wounded soldiers are given the proper treatment they deserve.
We’ll probably never agree, but it’s much nicer discussing the issues, than just shouting at each other. :)

In fact, he has suggested that our veterans should be able to go to ANY hospital and see ANY doctor. Not just VA hospitals.
It was in an interview with Bill Maher.

"PAUL: Well, what makes you think the - the Veterans Association is private. I mean, this is a demonstration of what government-run medicine will be like if you - if you like government medicine, go to the Veterans hospitals and youll find out what its like. I mean, as a physician, and as one that had been trained in Veterans hospital, most physicians and young doctors always knew what the quality of medical care was in many of our Veterans hospitals. We need to allow every veteran to have decent health care, but we should permit him and pay for it to allow him to go the doctor that he wants to go to, and not make him stand in lines to get second-class care in - in some of our VA hospitals. [applause] "

(Re: "stabbing soldiers in the back")
"I havent seen anything that would make me think that about Ron Paul."Nowhere will anyone find anything of the kind.
I know that in the minds of the GLOBALISTS our troops were REQUIRED to go into Iraq, and ARE STILL REQUIRED to be in Iraq, and if we leave, it will be considered "stabbing our soldiers in the back", but the connection is not there in my mind.
If anything, it should be more like the other way around: The U.N. and the Bush Administration IS KILLING our troops by sending them over to Iraq.
Is that the kind of support I would want for my own son? No.
