Pauls support is minimal in every poll ever published, and the high results in web polls are due to PRs poll-bots. Really makes me wonder where all the money coming in through the “web donations” is coming from. Might be interesting if the originating source for the funding was made public.

I remember when Howard Dean did this. And when John McCain did it in 2000.
Boy, I wonder what happened to those guys????

is this the part where we mock and deride him and his following while championing Thompson or Huckabee ?

We are close to making history. In November, we mentioned that the all-time, single-day primary fundraising record is John Kerry’s $5.7 million in 2004. At this hour, Ron Paul stands at $5.4 million.
Won’t you help Ron Paul make history?
If you are considering donating, please help us by making your donation before midnight EST tonight. And if you have donated already, won’t you help us by contributing again? https://www.ronpaul2008.com/donate
By the way, we are closing in on 25,000 first-time donors today. That’s unbelievable! Help us hit this mark too by telling your friends about this historic day!

Paul has no chance of ever getting the republican nomination. I have a funny feeling I know where these money bombs are coming from. Hint: What segment of our population DESPERATELY wants the patriot act repealed, a withdrawal from Iraq, and all aid to Israel cut off?

Why do I get the feeling that Rue Pauls millions are coming from sources that are going to be exposed as the worst election fraud conspiracy in the history of the US?

An informal quickie poll...
Q) What percentage of current Ron Paul supporters do you think would be right at home here at FR?
My guess is 30%. The other 70% probably are on the opposite side of the political spectrum.
To: grundle
I will never vote for Ron Paul but that is pretty impressive.

The Paulistas must be getting great help from those Soros lists and organizers.... no way are there that many loony people who sincerely support Ron Paul, so look for the Soros-bots who are trying to split the right to enable Shrillary or Obama to worm their way into the WH.

No way I’d ever vote for Paul but you have to give his staff/campaign credit for doing a great job.

This proves the McLame panic about campaign fundraising is bogus.
This guy is raising million$, but he still won't win the White House.
He will, however, be laughing his libertarian ass off all the way to the bank at the mini-Quixotes who throw money his way.

Enough of the RonPaul Bullspit. He won’t get the nomination and he is going to lose his Congressional seat, this guy is a moron. You may as well be posting for Dennis Kucinich, they are one in the same and both have as much chance of being President as I do.
