Not a problem. It is important to show how his voting record doesn’t always fit in with his rhetoric.

Paul’s voting records seems best described as “small federal government”. Decisions and actions should be made by local government or private sector; and not in the central politiburo.

A true conservative says “I oppose X and favor Y”. I will impose my beliefs on my minor children. But I’ll not use the central politburo to impose my beliefs on 300 million people.

It is not conservative to say “I know what is best for everyone else and will make their decisions for them.”

Check our history. Upon entering the promised land and setting up the first state of Israel, Joshua said
“Choose you this day whom ye will serve. But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.”

Fast forward to now: A person is not a Christian by birth; nor by others deciding he is a Christian. A Christian is one who uses his free will to consciously follow Christ. Of course, many make the wrong choice. Many lie and say they are Christian when they aren’t.

It is a valuable resource. Anyone who sees a position he took that they may disagree with can go HERE and read Ron Pauls reasoning behind his vote. They will, with few or no exceptions, find that his votes are in accordance with his oath to uphold the Constitution of the U.S.
