That's a conclusion, not an argument. There's no reason to believe that he won't keep his word. Indeed, as it has been posted elsewhere, and which is over the heads of many pro lifers, a politician may be pro abortion but against the Roe decision - that is, leave it up to the states to make policy.
A pro abortion judge can also think Roe is a bad decision, and that policy is best left up to the states.
I see no reason to believe that Rudy won't nominate judges as he has said. The fact that he is pro abortion isn't a reason.
Let's see, I think it's unlikely he'll appoint Judges in the Scalia-Thomas mold based on his record, his ideology, and his contradictory statements.
