SSPXers are outside the Catholic Church, no matter what they believe.

But you, who argues in favor of articial contraception, are not outside the Catholic Church. LOL.

I do not. I accept the teaching because the Church teaches it, but not the reasoning against it.

Unlike the SSPX, who don't accept the teachings of Vatican II.

The SSPX has numerous thriving parishes in Texas, particularly the parishes in Houston. By the way thanks for providing the country with that moron ex-governer of yours.

The SSPX doesn't "thrive" anywhere.

So, you don't like Bush either?

Who's your political hero? Buchanan? Nader? Hitler?

Can you please clarify what you mean when you say you don't accept the reasoning behind the Church's teaching on birth control?

I accept the Church's teaching that birth control is wrong; I accept it because the Church teaches it.

I don't accept the reasoning that each and every marital act has to remain open to conception, when those who practice NFP consciously choose marital acts which cannot possibly be open to conception.

In addition, couples in marriages with seven children cannot be said to not be "open" to children, since they have seven.

IOW, if the marriage is open to children, does each and every individual act have to be open to children?

But, I submit my will to the Pope's, even though I don't agree with his rationale.

You, on the other hand, defy the Pope, and follow a schismatic Archbishop.

My heros are all Saints.

You're a twit. Did you vote for a "saint" in 2000?

Where in the heck did you come up with the magic number of seven? I'm one of nine. Did my parents do wrong; am I illegitimate?

You two ought to get married.

Have a good evening; I'd rather stick toothpicks under my fingernails than continue sparring with you two.

"Blessed are the unpinged, for they shall remain sane."

Good line! Maybe we could start a list of FR beattitudes.

Unfortunately, within two dozen posts it would become a flame war.

Wrong. They are in TX. By the way, the estimate is there are about 15million committed traditionalists who can't get to a real Catholic (traditional) Mass because of your Protestantized bishops. And you are living in a dream world if you think Amchurch is growing. Novus Ordo is collapsing everywhere. Down to only 17% Mass attendance and falling. Churches closing left and right. Maybe people are finally getting tired of scandal instead of real Catholicism. As for statistics--go back on some other threads where they've been posted. The Michael Davies article from Latin Mass had them.
