Well, I see you aren't playing the victim today.

Nope. Just stating the facts. Why would anyone who is honest believe the rantings of someone who has proven to not understand the subject he rants on?

You probably offended and hurt the poor guys feelings, not to mention us cretins :')

#1, I point out their errors (ignorant statements) because they need to learn. There is the off chance if they learned the Truth instead of the fabricated lies they choose to believe and propogate, they might repent.

If I said that Baptists teach that you can sin all you want, cause you've already been forgiven, you would not trust me as an expert on Baptists, would you?

So why would anyone trust people who make false statements about Catholic belief as experts on the subject?

#2, everyone here has a free will choice to believe what is said or not. Cretinhood is not thrust upon anybody.

You're just a wannabee. I won that title yesterday. :-)

Oh sure, what kind of RC Marian-ish type evidence are you gonna present to prove that?

We need a "who Dave is the most pissed off at" o-meter. Maybe a series of bargraphs with all of our names on each bargraph. I sure hope I'm way up there.

LOL...angelo can you do anything with this? :)

All it takes is one "Hail Diana of the Ephesians". :-)

Uh oh. Look what I found at dictionary.com:

[French crétin, from French dialectal, deformed and mentally retarded person found in certain Alpine valleys, from Vulgar Latin *christinus, Christian, human being, poor fellow, from Latin Chrstinus, Christian. See Christian

So calling some of y'all "cretin" might be an honor. LOL

Matthew 10:5 These twelve Jesus sent out, charging them, "Go nowhere among the Gentiles, and enter no town of the Samaritans,

(Havoc) No one said they never trod upon Gentile territory. What do you think those lands are that I listed for where the tribes went to as documented to date? All Gentile lands. And the charge was the charge.

Right. They were Gentile lands. And Jesus told them not to go into them. So you're stuck.

What in the world are you talking about? Do you have difficulty distinguishing the person from the territory?

Get off your high horse for a while and use your logic on the following:

John 4:
4 He had to pass through Samar'ia.
5 So he came to a city of Samar'ia, called Sy'char, near the field that Jacob gave to his son Joseph.
6 Jacob's well was there, and so Jesus, wearied as he was with his journey, sat down beside the well. It was about the sixth hour.
7 There came a woman of Samar'ia to draw water. Jesus said to her, "Give me a drink."

Luke 9:
52 And he sent messengers ahead of him, who went and entered a village of the Samaritans, to make ready for him;

Pay attention, read the Scripture, and you may become unstuck.

(SD) you would think that with all the ignorant statements made here daily by you and Havoc and your ilk, that you would be embarrased. Instead, you still present yourselves as knowledgeable, and the cretins lap it up.

Well, I see you aren't playing the victim today. You probably offended and hurt the poor guys feelings, not to mention us cretins :')

Dave can't handle Havoc so he ends up resorting to the use of his nasty tongue. It won't be long before he is reduced to cursing.

(I probably couldn't handle Havoc either. He posts so much stuff it would be necessary to spend hours doing research in order to refute him. Dave has chosen to resort to taunts and dirt.

No, ya'll need to pay attention. Before Jesus was killed, He sent the disciples off on a mission by themselves, without Him. This was when He told them not to take anything, but to rely on the kindness of strangers (so to speak, I know it's not Streetcar Named Desire). That if a village wouldn't hear them, to shake the dust off their samdals and move on. It was at this time that He told them not to go to Samaria or anywhere where there were Gentiles.

This present mission, before the Resurrection, was only for the "Jewish" people and only in Israel.

Sure, Jesus Himself and the Apsotles went to Samaria and other places in the area. But that is not what we are talking about.

This mission ended and they reunited with Jesus.

Later, after Jesus was Risen, He sent all of the Apostles out to all of the nations. To think that they were still restricted to the "rules" of the first mission is silly. Remember? He told them to take a cloak and a sword this time, and money. Last time they took nothing.

The rules changed. It was a different mission.

It is entirely to be inconsistent to imagine that the new, post-Resurrection mission was completely different except that it was still only to the "lost tribes" for the Apostles.

It is entirely pigheaded to insist upon this when Jesus Himself tells the Apostles to go and Baptise all the nations.

This is the end. If y'all can't understand this time, then I wipe off my sandals.

I don't know. Why do you think?

Depends if you believe that God punishes sinners while forgiving them or not I guess. When your daughter tore up your pay check you probably spanked her butt but I bet you didn't call CPS and say come get her, I don't want her any more.
