There’s no moral equivalency to raping and supporting raping of children. The fact that you had to rank it shows your depravity. If a man has violated a child or participated in that, he should never lead a congregation because that is his weakness and he carries that for the rest of his life. He will always be temped by that and children should never be put in harms way, let alone others because of this man’s ego to prove himself.

There is forgiveness and redemption. There are also consequences for the sin. God forgives, but He doesn’t remove the consequences of the behavior.

That pastor is asking for trouble having that guy in any type of “leadership” role.
