I noticed #84, Haydon, and the prominent use of black, even in the darkening sky...wouldn't be surprised it was used as symbolic 'foretelling'.
Even in Holbein, #103, the use of black, in particular, a black-dressed man scowling, almost snarling. I suppose it's (almost) universal, given how often we see the same symbols - even separated by centuries and thousands of miles...yeah,
"I'll take 'artistic foretelling for a thousand Alec!"

In #101, many of the faces seem like real individual portraits. It seems so individualized that the main patron (Master Alec Trebeculous) is probably front and center. Could it be the artist had a side hustle; "Hey Sir Flanderlosalol, how 'bout I put yer face in here for a coupla extra grand?"
