Locker rooms are a totally different animal from a public restroom. This is where the rubber meets the road. Fortunately, women’s restrooms have individual stalls. There is privacy. I have a friend who, because of cancer, has very short sparse hair. If you don’t know her, you could mistake her for a man, until she speaks. She has actually been repeatedly challenged by women in restrooms. This goes back years. It is somewhat ironic since she is a very liberal person.
“Fortunately, womens restrooms have individual stalls. There is privacy.”
I’m not sure I buy it. I sure wouldn’t tell that to a female customer that complained because there was a man in the women’s bathroom. ‘Sorry you feel that way ma’am, but you do have a stall and privacy.’ Wouldn’t fly, at least by my standard.

One day, we may see legislation requiring 3 different restrooms. Walmarts already have private, one stall rooms designated “family”. That would give actual transgenders safety from outraged men, I would think, while protecting women from predators.
They don’t want a third option. They want to use the bathroom of the sex they claim they are. It would never be good enough, and at most used for over flow when lines form. If they all go unisex single occupancy it would work, but have a high cost and create an efficiency/line problem.
