I don’t believe so because the bible talks about the streets literally running knee deep in blood- this can only happen when a sudden catastophy takes place- or intentional strikes upon man-

Bingo- this is exactly what many have thought- “How I nthe world does the world love someone who was such an unknown, who was such an innefectual senator, someone who had NO experience running anything- etc- yet the world swooned and fell faint when he arrived o n the scene, and stil lto this day do so DESPITE his total ineffectiveness and direct assaults on MANY-
This is EXACTLY how the anti-Christ will come on the scene, He will be seen as the ‘ultimate4 solution’ to some problem (I’m thinking it’s going to have to do with oil- as oil is the catalyst that runs the world, and if it becomes too expensive, it’s REALLY going to hurt a great many people severely- no heat, can’t get anywhere because gas to expensive, no electricity because it’s too expensive etc- I think the anti-Christ will come on the scene promising people ‘cheap energy’ ‘if only’ they will do what he asks- people; will be desperate at this point, and will gladly do whatever he wants them to get fuel- but this is just a personal opinion)
I believe you are correct- He IS paving the way for the antichrist- taking over one institution after another, health care, immigration, the prison system (letting 1000’s of VIOLENT criminals go- many of them illegal aliens), dictating what Christians can and can’t believe In regards to homosexuality (in the form of ‘hate laws’) what they can and can’t believe in regards to abortion (healthcare law)- what conservatives can and can’t do (or face penalties by the IRS) Asking citizens ot spy on one another- Dictating what people can do IF it ‘will affect the climate” etc-
It’s just sick how far we’ve sunk in such a short time- and it’s stunning how complaint we the people are- We could have, as a collective whole, defeated healthcare by everyone REFUSING to purchase it- but there are just too many people who want ‘free stuff’ and bought into the lie that they are getting ‘free healthcare for everyone’
The blatant bald-faced lies that have come I n the last 6 years are simply unbelievable, and more stunning yet is how people just ate them up- In the end tiems, a ‘powerful delusion’ will come upon the people where they would rather believe the lies, than the truth-
And when THAT does not work out, it will be 120 years.

Bob I can’t account for the strong feeling I have (and that is all it is) that he will be deeply involved with the UN and a future one world government. He is a “true believer” in what the UN stands for.
Just as an offside to this I was talking to a very high powered accountant the other day and he was saying that there is a One World currency coming within our lifetime (he is only 50) - he thinks that is a great thing saying it will even countries out and be great for “Social Justice” aka socialism. He says he has already been at meetings discussing the impact it will have on his industry.

That’s a truly scary thought Mel- and I think you are right, I think in our lifetime, we are going to see the end times shaping up. It seems to me that w2hat the bible describes as the ‘man of lawlessness’ is being let loose- where right becomes wrong, and evil becomes ‘good’ in the eyes of many- It used to be that the left (and some on the right) used to be ashamed when caught in lies and deception and even crimes, and they used to do everything they could to conceal their evil from the public- however, in just the last 6 years- we have witnessed a brazen disregard for law, and an unashamed, unapologetic flaunting of their evil deeds- they no longer even attempt to disguise their evil deeds, and in fact intentionally through their evil right in our faces, knowing full well that they have 100% support by the main stream media who simply gloss over the evil and even trumpet it as ‘bold, fresh- innovative etc etc etc-
We are seeing a VERY rapid descent into evil- and the main stream media is silent- and instead focus all of their energy into attacking those who stand for justice and truth-

I recall previous threads where someone (a Jew or Messianic Jew?) talked about how Jesus honored all of the Jewish festivals by doing a miracle, the Last Supper, etc.
All except the Feast of Trumpets. That feast occurs in the fall IIRC, and is based on the sun and moon or something, so the exact day changes all the time.
The start of the festival begins when TWO people have reported the sunrise. So who knows what time two people will get to wherever it is that they need to report it? (So one can’t know exactly when the festival starts.)
But - Jesus did say to watch for signs, and that then it will be “near at hand”.
Look what has happened in the last year, in the middle east.
Day after day, I watch as world events move faster and faster. And the key person enabling them...?

But it sure seems that we are getting close.
I don't know "exactly" what the blood moons mean. But in the past, eclipses have been used as warnings to either Israel or the world. Today, these eclipses seem to be shouting at us, of impending catastrophe, for both the world and Israel.
Anti-Semitism throughout the world is on the rise.
And the US is now ACTIVELY opposed to Israel.
The Bible tells us that all the world will be opposed to Israel. Rapidly, things are changing. It won't be long until Israel is truly alone.
Removal of the Christians, will remove all restraint (except for the Holy Spirit).
PRAY and tell others about Christ. Our days here are numbered.

Used the last Rev 19:10 on a friend who has been a Christian for 30 years but wondered why I but put no stock in the prophecy side of things and really doesn’t believe Jesus is coming back.
Like a lot of people she thought it was scary. God tells us it is a comfort - I said I only think it is too scary if your grip on the world and this life is a bit too tight! Didn’t go down like a lead balloon like I thought it would - she is a very teachable person if pointed in the right direction. I expect she will be telling me a few things about it soon enough LOL!
