“I am the arbiter of nothing.”
The why did you proclaim that Catholics are not Christian?
No one needs any catholic clues.
Read the words of Yeshua, he said his sabbath was to be kept until all things are accomplished.
“Easter Sunday” clearly has nothing to do with Yeshua, since he never recognized the goddess Ishtar, her ‘son’ Tammuz, nor the infant blood dyed Easter eggs.
Well I can vouch for you, jodyel. It’s true you’re not against Catholics, just Catholicism as you say, because you’ve always been kind (yes, Christian!) to me, a Catholic, through FReepmail.
Apparently, you have not read the passages in Scripture that deal with demon possession in humans? Odd that, since Catholicism is def into exorcisms.

I love you to death, mlizzy...I only wish we were closer as I would love to hang out...and Lord knows we both have the time. lol
If I ever do get that little park model home I want so badly on some land here, you’ll be my first house guest.
So then, you’re a fat bald dude? (that sticks his hand in his mouth to boot)
Muah, muah, my high-spirited FRiend... :)
29 For anyone who eats and drinks without recognizing the body of the Lord eats and drinks judgment on himself. 30 That is why many among you are weak and sick, and a number of you have fallen asleep.
It is so powerful that it causes weakness, sickness, and even falling asleep.
So, I would recommend that Christians recognize the body of the Lord.
Others might recommend that Christians realize that this is us being called to reflect on Jesus' stripes. And I would say that that is not what the text says.
Paul actually believed that participating in sacrifice to demons had one participating with demons. (1 Co 10.) Likewise, in that same chapter he says that we participate in the body and blood of Christ. Therefore, we must recognize the body of the Lord.
1 Co 10: 14 Therefore, my dear friends, flee from idolatry. 15 I speak to sensible people; judge for yourselves what I say. 16 Is not the cup of thanksgiving for which we give thanks a participation in the blood of Christ? And is not the bread that we break a participation in the body of Christ? 17 Because there is one loaf, we, who are many, are one body, for we all partake of the one loaf. 18 Consider the people of Israel: Do not those who eat the sacrifices participate in the altar? 19 Do I mean then that a sacrifice offered to an idol is anything, or that an idol is anything? 20 No, but the sacrifices of pagans are offered to demons, not to God, and I do not want you to be participants with demons. 21 You cannot drink the cup of the Lord and the cup of demons too; you cannot have a part in both the Lord's table and the table of demons. 22 Are we trying to arouse the Lord's jealousy? Are we stronger than he?
LOL,I thought he was shoving a cookie in his mouth!
Catholicism is not true Christianity, therefore those that remain in her.....
Yet you disqualify Catholics. Again, who gives you the authority to do this?
Once one is born again, one is no longer a sinner in Gods eyes
Really? Christ mentioned 'born again' on but one occasion. And nowhere in that did he say anything about us no longer being sinners in God's eyes. In fact, Jesus spent three years warning us not to sin. And Paul spent the years of his ministry telling us the same thing. I am not sure where you get your doctrine from, but it certainly did not come from the Bible.
I am the arbiter of nothing.
Yet you make the claim that Catholics are not Christians. If you are not the one deciding this, then who is?
Had to look up what that meant, mlizzy.
Thanks!
Are you sleepy, narses?
Nope...It was an honest question...Why can't you take Jesus in the sacrament home, or even a handful...That should keep you or anyone going for a few days...
>> “. It is about the reality of the Spiritual presence. It we must RECOGNIZE the body of the Lord” <<
.
Nonsense, Yes, it is about the commanded remembrance, but the reference to early death was a direct reference to Yeshua’s stripes that he took for our sins, the sins that cause our illnesses.
“By his stripes we are healed.”
There is no “presence,” that is witchcraft.
I'll get out my violin...Maybe that will help...
>> “ And nowhere in that did he say anything about us no longer being sinners in God’s eyes.” <<
“Though his sins be as Scarlet, they shall be as wool.”
No blood in the flesh...It all drained out...That's why he commanded us to drink of the cup...
The flesh is no more important than the blood...He said do both...So you do both or you don't do it at all...
Sorry, but there's not a single thing in God's word that allows you to change his commands...
So what is?
