I think its useful to contemplate the nature of the Eternal in the context of the nature of the Trinity:
Father: The Creator, beyond temporal Space and Time
Son: The Creator, within temporal Space and Time
Holy Spirit: The Creator, in mediation between the temporal and non-temporal.
The Creator - a relationship with which NOT having as a requirement for its manifestation the intercession of some profiteering, FALLIBLE AND UNINSPIRED, parrot-in-the-pulpet/bookstore Borgian goon who's been cleverly adorned in vestigial plumage left over from a Roman/Egyptian/Babylonian Sun-worshipping cult.
