Time now for a RCC adjustment to Mary doctrine and claim she never had a cycle which made her unclean.
Interesting, isn’t it, that the offering by the young woman was a SIN offering?

But to catholics they are brothers in Satan; the catechism is also a book filled with lies from the pit of hell.

Well yes, I can see how that would prove beyond doubt that Mary remained ever virgin....yes, of course....bit thick of me not to see that.....who wouldn’t, right?

Amen and exactly. If ever there was a chance for Mary to receive the adulation and veneration the RCC believes she deserves, it was at this point. Jesus Christ could have said "Yea, blessed is My mother." But He did not. The RCC Mary doctrine falls apart at this passage of Scripture. Or should. You're right. That was the place for Jesus to bexalt His mother if that's what He wanted or thought was appropriate. What that woman said sounds SOOOOO Catholic, like in the Hail Mary, and Jesus, instead of commending her for it, shoots her down.

It's repulsive even to think about it. If I didn't see the picture myself - I wouldn't believe it if some one told me.
To kill the infidels and a place in heaven w/72 virgins. Hmmm - the RCC and the Muslims - both w/the virgin hangup.
Remember awhile back the Catholics were talking about all their Bible study? Then we just read they don't bother with The Bible - it a lie and leads to a loss of faith. Just thinking...maybe they are studying the Koran.

Hey, I remember them talking about their Bible studies, too. It seemed like a trend was developing. And suddenly, the topic of Bible study ended. Of course, it is difficult to study when all the Scripture you believe is not actually written, but implicitly stated between the lines. That would make for some difficult study lessons..

The man is not in a position where he can afford to make that kind of *mistake* No one is perfect, including you.
Would you label obamas bowing to the muzzies a *mistake* as well?

The reason I ask is because only Orthodox Christians can get Orthodox burial. If he did not convert, then a priest may say a prayer, but not give the liturgical burial.

I just don't believe your interpretation of it,PNSN
I gave you Scriptures - read it yourself. What it says, it says!
I don't believe you are SPIRIT filled when you interpret Scripture outside of the Catholic Church.
LOL!! I was in the RCC and the HOLY SPIRIT isn't there. Seems like an underlining RCC fear issue - Don't believe ANYONE - WE HAVE CONTROL OVER YOU and YOUR mind and YOUR soul! We will tell you all you need to know!
Go under the covers, where no one will see you, and read the Scriptures for yourselves. HELL IS REAL! If you are taught one burns in purgatory.....
You don't present yourself as a loving person
What if I kiss your catechism ?
but rather a radical fundamentalist,so I reject much of what you write
You betcha! I'm radical for JESUS!! I don't care if you reject me - it has absolutely no affect on my life plus - it's not about you or me - It's ALL ABOUT JESUS! Reject HIM/Who is The Word at your own detriment.

Christians, however, believe in 'God's Words'. HE is ALL KNOWING God and created it all. - Hell is conscious torment.
- Hell is eternal and irreversible.
And as awful and horrible it is to think that some loved one or anyone, for that matter, who dies in unbelief will face not annihilation, but eternal suffering in a place Jesus called Hell, it is still undeniably stressed in Scripture. It is a place our Savior gave his life for so that we could be redeemed from its grasp.
Scripture uses the word "everlasting" a great many times. It describes God as everlasting, his covenants as being everlasting, His kingdom, his majesty and his promises. Since he describes these things as being everlasting and he also speaks of "everlasting life" as being in his presence for eternity (see Luke 18:30; John 3:16,36; John 4:14; John 6:47; Romans 6:22; Galations 6:8), he also speaks of everlasting punishment, torment, death and separation(see Matthew 25:41,46; Matthew 18:8; Daniel 12:2; II Thess. 1:9; Jude 1:6). If hell was only a figurative place in which eternal separation from God meant merely ceasing to exist, I doubt many people could resist "living it up" in this world knowing that the worst that could happen to them was "becoming 'one' with the universe" or just ceasing all existence. Jesus warned us, repeatedly, as does both the OT and throughout the NT, that hell is a real place of torment and God loved us so much that he provided a way of escape from it, but we escape HIS WAY, which is the only way.

Im talking about those who call themselves Catholics who deny transubstantiation, who call the Bible a *magic book* FYI, I am not Catholic (as in Roman Catholic), or any other kind. I was cradle Eastern Orthodox until I stopped. As a practicing Orthodox Christian I never believed in transubstantiation. The Orthodox believe in the Real Presence but do not offer a "mechanism" by which this mysterion occurs.
Now I am an agnostic, and I see much of the biblical miracles as nothing short of magic.
