No, I think it was the port roast.

Pork roast.

But for some of those drinking-game RCs, maybe “port roast” is more appropriate.

Yeah, but what’s to be skeptical about? This is lunacy.

Given the behavior of some of the people in these debates, I could have said I’d looked up three Italian restaurants in the phone book and they’d still take umbrage and yell “liar!”

Completely nutty.

INDEED. CERTIFIABLY, imho.

Which is one of the reasons that I think the original discernment about demonization influences was spot on.

I was reluctant to agree. Now, I have no choice.

I answered your questions.

There is one God.

Are there deceivers who say “here is Jesus” and “there is Jesus?”

Does everyone who says he worships the one true God actually worship the one true God?

"This is pretty sad. RC apologists deny the resurrection was a miracle..."

Unless you can substantiate that without another of your Bagdhad-Bob rhetorical exercises we will just conclude it to be yet another lie.

You have not had someone from the opposite side say that your eyewitness testimony was not credible. I have.

But I have, too, dear friend, and I don't think anyone should be casting aspersions on anyone else's experiences. No one KNOWS for sure that what the other person has said happened unless they were also actually there. My admonition, of sorts, was aimed at whoever needs to try on the shoe. For those it doesn't fit, they should just move on. "Sides" don't need to be chosen all the time.

You’ve been warned by the RM not to call people “liars.”

What RC apologists call “lies” has been proven to be Scriptural truth.

It does not surprise many people that RC apologists don’t recognize truth when they see it. All that strong delusion makes vision difficult.

Didn't I see you on Animal House with Dean Wormer?

Plenty of good points.

However, I disagree about the Proddys THEN showing more “rhetorical violence” from the Proddy side.

It’s just not our . . . bent, custom, style.

INSTITUTIONS are OUTSIDE our thicker skins.

We are not usually attached at the umbillical cord.

In terms of who’s going to clean it up . . .

Just who, ‘I wonder’ . . . has stopped responding to all but two of the 3 reasonably mature and more realistic RC’s????

The ball is in y’all’s court!

I am quite skeptical about it being very cleanable.

The RM has repeatedly weighed in about thin skins on open threads and has been wholesale repeatedly and thoroughly ignored on that score.

The only rules many of the RC’s evidently are willing to play by are their own narrow, rigid, haughty, prissy ones.

God will clean each of us up in due time—particularly if we are truly submitted to Him and seeking HIS cleansing.

Otherwise, I don’t expect much change from most of these characters until after the net is no longer functioning and probably after that, if at all for many of them.

THAT IS FRIGHTFUL.

Sheesh.

NATURAL LAW: Unless you can substantiate that without another of your Bagdhad-Bob rhetorical exercises we will just conclude it to be yet another lie.

Wagglebee's post 4066 said - "(by the way, it [the resurrection] is not a miracle, God need not perform miracle on Himself)"

Do you feel foolish now?

But thanks for showing us that when RC apologists hurl the word "lie" they are throwing it in the wrong direction.

You could have, but didn't. You swung for the fences with the whole "High Mass" calumniation and struck out in the sterilizing light of the truth.

lol. Envy.

I should look around for some more high mass weddings to attend. I’ll get back to you.

INDEED.

In my professional training, we had a LOT of emphasis on NOT discounting someone else’s EXPERIENCE.

We could probe dimensions of it.
We could explore descriptions of it.

And certainly with psychotic schizophrenics we had to treat it with some care . . .

However, A PERSON’S EXPERIENCE is more or less ALL THEY HAVE, ALL THEY ARE.

Those foreign to said experiences are

AT LEAST SERIOUSLY IGNORANT about said experience

REGARDLESS OF WHAT THEY *THINK* THEY KNOW.

We run into this all the time on the UFO threads. All kinds of arrogant ignorant naysayers ASSUME they know more than the person who HAD THE EXPERIENCE.

What idiots!

"There is one God."

So how can there be a "different" God? At some point in time you are going to have to admit you over ran your intellectual headlights and are now in the tall weeds.

The fact that the term "regular old high mass" anything is an oxymoron is further evidence of duplicity.

lol. The fact that YOU may think there is something "special" about a high mass wedding does not mean that the rest of the world has to go along with your delusion.

As I said, one of these "high mass Roman Catholic weddings" between two born and baptized Roman Catholics ended in divorce after five years of marriage.

Neither the cost, nor the size, nor the guest list of a wedding insures God's blessings.
