How is that not saying Protestants are going to Hell?
sometimes I wish I had the power to send people either to heaven or haee....I don’t....what I tried to point out, concerning Luther, was that he intentionally led people to leave the true church.....how excited do you thing that made God feel....when a person makes the decision, knowing the facts, to leave the church that Jesus Christ Himself founded, what do you think the penalty should be??? As I also stated, God can and does forgive stupid decisons.....I don’t know why, but He does (I think) Some Protestants go to hell, some Jews go to hell, there are probably even a few Catholics there, but why take the chance....follow the teachings of Christ to minimize your chances of going there.....nothing to lose!!!

If I believed as you do, I’d agree with you, but I don’t.
I know many, many Protestants and many, many Catholics from my years in Operation rescue and Right to Life and I would say there were people on both sides who are saved, love Jesus deeply and are glad for being in whichever denomination they are in.
I also see errors in both camps...but salvation is gained through our belief in Jesus and His sacrifice, not whether we’re Protestants or Catholics.
By the way, I know an Orthodox guy who might argue that HIS church is the One True Church!!

First time I’ve felt like replying to you on this particular thread. There have been many, many brilliant posts and I have been reading them all and learning a lot. I think I have come to the point where I won’t bother reading YOUR posts anymore because you have not said anything but the same over and over and over again. We get it, you don’t believe in what you can’t see, hear, taste, touch or smell.
I thank God for the posts of faithful, loving, genuine people who do so out of love and not pride.

Because I am interested in Joya's personal opinion and reasons for belief, not endless pages of scirptures copied and pasted (as if I don't know them, or something). If she can't speak for herself and all she can do is copy and paste from the scriptures then simple refrence will do. That's why.
