59 And after they have paid the penalty of their transgressions, and are washed clean, shall receive a reward according to their works, for they are heirs of salvation.

didn't catch that one before... The penalty for sin is death... which is eternal separation from God... so just really when does this "after payment" ever occur?

Reward according to works? umm... there is none, because no one is righteous... and all the works of man are as filthy rags to God. The only "rewards" are those which come as a result of the Holy Spirit working "through" us.

you protestants want to send everyone to Hell that has not heard of Jesus.

It is a misnomer that christians believe this. Ones that do may simply not know their scriptures. The evidences of God and Jesus has existed since creation. Those who have sought Him out have found Him. I have heard stories of muslims raised without ever hearing the name of Jesus who found contention with their teachings and went straight to God and found Jesus and heard His name.... without ever being witnessed to. Being witnessed to is not a pre-requisite to salvation.

How do you know he didn’t? The Bible does not cover the entire life of Jesus and that is obvious to even a protestant.

Rom 1:19 Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed [it] unto them.
Rom 1:20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, [even] his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:

Because if He had, He would have bee contradicting his own teachings. And again, if it were both valid AND important, He WOULD have taught it in His Word and ministry.
