Most Gracious Father,
You know what it is like to have lost a son at the hands of ones that you love. I pray that you will wrap your loving arms around this family and give them the peace, strength and courage they need to face the day. I pray that your loving forgiveness will flow from them to their surviving son. I pray that may know that you have prepared a place for alex and that he is now in Your care. Pour out the healing that comes from the power and presence of Jesus through the Holy Spirit.

I’m so sorry for Diamond. What a tragedy for his family. My prayers go out to all of them.
Prayers for the departed and those left behind, especially the younger brother. Those who struggle with mental illness know a suffering not unlike Our Lord’s at Gethsemane. Grant them peace, O Lord.

That is truely a tragedy. Not only to lose a son, but also for the brother who killed him presumably in self defense.
