I think kneelers are indicated at the altar rail, that was mighty hard marble! When I encounter that, I offer it up.
NEXT time, I am wearing my gardening kneepads under my dress!!!!!!
LOL!

Ugh. I do not understand. Why doesn’t she just become Episcopalian or something? This isn’t Islam, she won’t be killed for leaving the Church.

Actually, that's English terminology.
The church porch is OUTSIDE, a covered area that protects the doors, gives everybody a place to take down their umbrellas, and traditionally is where banns and so forth are posted. It can be like a little hut attached to the church, or more like what we Southerners think of as a "porch".
Small English church porch
Larger church porch
The narthex or vestibule is the area INSIDE the church's main (south) door, between the doors and the sanctuary.

Like C.S. Lewis's "The Landlord" in Pilgrim's Regress.

If I didn’t used to be an Episcopalian, I’d have had no idea!

So when will she be leaving in body... sounds like the rest was never there anyway.

I wouldn’t wish her on protestants, she’d find something to whine about there too.
