It is generally acknowledged that the Protestant Reformation began on October 31, 1517 when Martin Luther posted his Theses in Wittenberg.
It is certain that Christians have been in Rome since the First Century, Paul wrote to them.
I never even asked you to acknowledge that Peter was in Rome.

If folks who are being led by the Holy Spirit are in "all remotely Biblical Christian organizations", then why are they dividing the Body of Christ by remaining divided, contrary to Christ's desire expressed in His high priestly prayer in John 17? If they were really being led by the Holy Spirit, they would not be dividing the Body of Christ.

*Cephas means Rock. Cephas is Peter. Peter is Rock.
When Jesus first met Simon Bar Joans, Jesus told him he would change his name to Rock. That was not insignificant as name changes (Abram to Abraham) implied a change in authority, responsibilities etc

It is different to understand in the soul from grasping with the spirit. Comparative religion is very soulish, while discernment is of the spirit.

Such outrageous ASSUMPTIONS can result in serious hazard, trouble, . . . . learning experiences.
There are many answers and some myteries to that.
But, I'm off to the college to teach.

It's plausible that several or more Roman Believers could at least make some good guesses about such folks in their groups in their denomination.
