Our Lord knew from the beginning that one was the devil....but your Church never knew....countless times they stumbled in their selection of leadership. Are you calling our Popes the devil? Go ahead, be a man and spit it right out!

"And has the Catholic Church EVER claimed that certain Popes were not bad choices, or tried to claim that everything they did was right?"
According to your own doctrine is not the Pope infallible?

You do not understand Papal infallability.

"Amen, that's what we've been telling her, brother."
Who is the "her" you've been telling?

Apparently you don't know what infallibility is, either.
And I don't think it will be helpful to explain.

"You do not understand Papal infallability."
I know what Romans 3:23 says. Please explain to me the difference.

According to your own doctrine is not the Pope infallible? In matters of faith, morals and teachings. He doesn't have to be perfect in his own personal life. Did Jesus pick men who were without sin as His Apostles?
Of course not, but His Twelve chosen ones never strayed from what He had personally taught them. The same with the Pope. He might err in his human behavior, but he CAN NOT err in the matters I listed above.

Stumbled in their selection of leadership . . .
As has and does every denomination . . . and seemingly sometimes, every congregation.

Romans 3:23 For all have sinned, and do need the glory of God. Even the Pope has sinned. You're having another boxing match with a strawman.

Teachings... hmmm... I can cite many a scripture in which there is contradiction.

The two have NOTHING to do with each other and the fact that you even attempt to imply that the Catholic Church has ever suggested that Popes are sinless is yet another indication of how ignorant you are.

Is her a he?No, she's a woman. She shows up on many Catholic threads. Especially the ones about celibacy and birth control. Being anti-celibacy and pro-birth control.
