His family, he said, was staunchly Republican "until the second Bush administration."
Yeah, suuuurre.
"When the monk came by with the holy water I saw Stan take what I assumed was a deep and profoundly pious bow. Later I realized it was because he was wearing a suede waistcoat which he didn't want to get stained."

As Ms. Bradley said of the marriage, "Seeing people who have been locked out of it makes you appreciate it more." How lovely!
Mr. McGee's mother, Inell, sat with State Senator Jarrett T. Barrios at the reception.

"Stan and John are deeply conservative and old fashioned and traditional in every way," Yeah, sure. They probably met in a public restroom somewhere.

Thanks (I think) to
NYer,
ken5050, and
Dane for the ping. As ken5050 said, "Just the thing to start the week.."
Traditional Anglican ping, continued in memory of its founder Arlin Adams.
FReepmail sionnsar if you want on or off this moderately high-volume ping list (typically 3-9 pings/day).
This list is pinged by sionnsar, Huber and newheart.

Truth is unbending. The Catholic Church will NEVER sanction gay marriage. I praise God every day that He blessed me with the Catholic faith.

Amen! I thank God, undeserving as I am.
I read this, and ask myself whether or not it's true. The story is too over-the-top, too unbelievable to be true, yet, sadly, I've spent too much time in MA to know that it actually is possible.

They're probably two nice, personable guys but sodomy will never be marriage. They can dress up to the back teeth, rent out the most fashionable hall in New England, hire the best dance band and invite as many of the "beautiful people" as they please.
It's still sodomy.
