No it doesn't because the latin phrase simply refers to the new order which is the United States not the coming one world order/government!
saying that this 'new order' i.e. the USA trusts in God is not contradictory.
The money is worth nothing anyway, not even the linen it is printed on! So who cares.
We need to be loading up on gold,silver,white sugar,brown sugar,whiskey, & the all imporant LEAD & or ammo of your favorite caliber! When the whole house of cards comes crashing down that all that we need to trade with till the second comming!
